Fill in Your Details

Add Client Info
Enter your client's name, address and VAT number in the Bill To field.
Set Invoice Number & Dates
Enter a unique invoice number, set the issue date, payment due date and select the billing currency.
Add Line Items
Click + Add Item, then enter description, quantity, unit price and Tax/VAT %. Net and Gross are calculated automatically.
Add Bank Details
Paste your IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and bank name into the Notes / Bank Details field.

Is this invoice generator completely free?
Yes - 100% free, forever. No account required, no watermarks on the PDF, no subscription. AnyServ is sustained by non-intrusive advertising.
Is my invoice data sent to any server?
No. Everything stays in your browser. The PDF is generated locally in JavaScript (pdfmake). Your company details and bank info are stored only in your browser's LocalStorage, never transmitted anywhere.
Can I add my company logo to the invoice?
Yes. Click the logo area (top-left of the form) to upload any image file. It is converted to a base64 data URL and embedded directly into the PDF, so the final file is fully self-contained.
What currencies are supported?
The generator includes a broad ISO 4217 currency list. Amounts are formatted using the browser's Intl.NumberFormat API where supported.
How is the Tax / VAT % calculated?
Each line item has its own Tax / VAT % field. Net = Qty × Unit Price. Gross = Net × (1 + Tax%). The VAT Amount in the summary is the total of (Gross − Net) across all line items.
Can I save the invoice to edit it later?
Currently the tool does not save the full invoice between sessions - only the From details and bank notes are persisted via LocalStorage. Full invoice save/restore is on the roadmap.
